Welcome to Our Community
Established in 1985, Argyle Village is a premier 90 home subdivision located in Montgomery County, Maryland. The location of Argyle Village allows for an easy commute to downtown Washington, DC as well as the technology parks of Interstate 270, Howard County, and suburban Baltimore.
Adjacent to Argyle Country Club, Argyle Village is surrounded by recreational and leisure activities (golf and tennis), with shopping facilities just around the corner.
The pond, pictured here, won an award from the “Keep Montgomery County Beautiful” program. It is the neighborhood’s one significant piece of common open space. We work hard to help keep the pond a beautiful and safe place.
Argyle Village is located in Silver Spring, Maryland. Silver Spring takes its name from a mica-flecked spring discovered there in 1840 by Francis Preston Blair, who subsequently bought much of the surrounding land. Acorn Park is believed to be the site of the original spring.
